Most people don’t realize just how important the feet are in stabilizing back or neck issues. Dr. Walker will compare the various foot patterns and the potential issues with each. We will also discuss the different type of shoes available to support each foot pattern, including a neutral foot. You will have an opportunity to have a computerized foot analysis to see what your specific pattern is and watch a few attendees walk on a treadmill to better demonstrate the most common foot pattern-over pronation.
